We provide several different types of training that helps clients fully understand how to use of the website tools provided with our software. 

Our Support Team is available 24/7 and we offer a toll free line for clients to call for assistance.
Our options include but are not limited to:

On Site Training:  InFromIT does have staff that can meet with you at your club with advance notice.
One-to-One training via phone:  We will set aside time for clients to go through the steps needed to edit and create menus, add images or documents.

Remote Training: By using GoTo Meeting clients can participate from their own desk.  If you have a large group of people that would like to attend a remote training session.  We will be happy to send invitations to individuals or train in groups in a conference room.

Help Files:  Typically we have help sheets for every area of your website.  User friendly examples in a convenient PDF Format are sent to clients upon request.

Online User Manual:  Our new Online User Manual is scheduled to be released in June 2009.  All of our existing clients and future clients will have the online manual installed in the website.

Newsletters:  PCS adds new features to the software or adds new modules for clients that helps enhance the Members online experience. We highlight our new features, virus warnings and much more in our monthly newsletters that are emailed to our clients.
